Delete your NovaJump account
In the app (fastest)
- Open NovaJump and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. If you are in a match, it is resigned first.
What is deleted
- Your account, display name and friend code
- Your friends, friend requests, blocks and recent opponents
- Your match stats and hidden skill rating
- Reports you made and reports made about you
Nothing is kept afterwards, apart from short-lived technical logs that are deleted automatically. Opponents' own match records still show that they played a match, but no longer link to you.
Can't open the app?
Email us from any address and include your display name (and your friend code, if you have it). We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Purchases made through Apple or Google stay in your Apple or Google account history; deleting your game account does not refund them.
