Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and RetroActive Gaming, a trading name of Northfin Ltd ("we", "us"). By playing NovaJump you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to play and to make any purchases.
Your account
Your online account lives on your device. If you lose or reset the device, or delete the app, you may lose the account, because there is no email or password to recover it with. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Playing fair
Don't:
- choose a name that is offensive, hateful or pretends to be staff;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, including in chat;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or interfere with the servers or other players' games;
- sell, trade or share accounts.
We may rename, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and remove matches or rewards gained unfairly.
Opponents
Some matches may be played against computer-controlled opponents. Quick Match may pair you with computer opponents when no players are available.
Purchases, tokens and cosmetics
- Purchases never give you an edge in a match. They unlock cosmetics, more ways to play (such as Custom Tables), or unlimited Quick Match (Full Access).
- Tokens and items are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Paid tokens do not expire.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled through them, and nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
- If we remove an item from sale, items you already own stay yours for as long as the game runs.
The game itself
We work to keep NovaJump online and running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may update, change or eventually close the online service; if we close it, we will give reasonable notice in the app.
The game, its art, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors. You may play it for your own enjoyment, but not copy, modify or resell it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
